Filling Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pluots

Slice the pluots into wedges and combine them in a bowl with brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and baharat spice mix. Let them sit for about 15 minutes to macerate.

Almond Cake Preparation

  1. 2

    Make the Almond Cake

In a bowl, mix almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.

Assembly and Baking

  1. 3

    Combine and Bake

Layer the sautéed pluots on top of the almond cake batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Ice Cream Preparation

  1. 4

Make the Farm Cheese Ice Cream
