Grill the Fish
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated fish and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
Preparation of Cabbage Slaw

Mix the Slaw Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine thinly sliced cabbage, shredded carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well to combine and set aside to let the flavors meld.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt or sour cream, minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Assembling the Tacos

Assemble the Tacos
Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side. Place a portion of grilled fish on each tortilla, top with cabbage slaw, and drizzle with chipotle sauce. Serve immediately.
