Preparation

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss until wings are evenly coated.
Cooking Wings

Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
Making the Sauces

Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce and garlic powder until well combined. Set aside.

BBQ Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce and honey until smooth. Set aside.

Teriyaki Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
Coating the Wings

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Teriyaki) over the wings and toss until well coated.
Serving

Transfer the wings to a serving platter and serve immediately with any extra sauce on the side.
