Method

Appetizers

  1. 1

    Prepare Jalapeño Poppers

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.

  2. 2

    Wrap with Bacon

Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Bake

Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is crispy and jalapeños are tender.

Main Course

  1. 4

    Marinate Chicken Thighs

In a bowl, combine hot sauce, honey, minced garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken thighs and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 5

    Cook Chicken

In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add marinated chicken thighs and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Dessert

  1. 6

    Prepare Cake Batter

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth and well blended.

  2. 7

    Bake Cake

Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  3. 8

    Frost Cake

Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting with chocolate frosting. Sprinkle red chili flakes on top for a spicy twist.
