Clean the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder until evenly coated.
Cooking the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Bake the Wings
Spread the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
