    Marinate the Swordfish

    In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade. Add swordfish steaks to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Preheat the Grill

    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

    Grill the Swordfish

    Remove the swordfish from the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
