Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss the wings in the mixture until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the hot sauce and stir until combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
