Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

Trim any excess fat from the beef tenderloin and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced portabella mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are browned and tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Beef

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Then, add the beef tenderloin pieces, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Return the sautéed mushrooms to the skillet with the beef. Add balsamic vinegar and butter. Stir well to combine and let cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

  5. 5

    Serve

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your Beef Tenderloin & Portabella Mushroom Sauté!
