Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place the wings in a large bowl.

Season the Wings
Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and garlic powder over the wings. Toss to coat evenly.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

Prepare the Hot Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce and mix well.

Coat the Wings
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat thoroughly.

Transfer the coated wings to a serving platter. Serve with ranch dressing on the side.
