    Prepare the Spinach

    Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold running water. Drain and chop the spinach into smaller pieces.

    Prepare the Artichokes

    Open the can of artichoke hearts, drain the liquid, and chop the artichokes into smaller pieces.

Mixing

    Combine Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, half of the parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

    Blend Well

    Using a spatula or wooden spoon, mix all the ingredients together until well combined and creamy.

Baking

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Transfer to Baking Dish

    Transfer the mixed dip to a baking dish and spread evenly.

    Top with Cheese

    Sprinkle the remaining parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the dip.

    Bake

    Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

    Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
