Make Cajun Seasoning
In a small bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the Cajun seasoning.

Prepare Salmon and Shrimp
Pat the salmon fillets and shrimp dry with paper towels. Rub the Cajun seasoning generously over both sides of the salmon and the shrimp.

Cook Salmon
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Carefully flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil if needed. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

Return the cooked salmon to the skillet with the shrimp. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
