Preparing the Croutons

Bake Croutons
Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through the baking time.
Making the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, minced garlic clove, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Assembling the Salad

Prepare Romaine
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add Cheese and Croutons
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the romaine lettuce. Add the homemade croutons on top.

Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
