Burger Patties

Slider Assembly

Method

Preparation of Patties

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the Black Angus ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined, taking care not to overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and form each portion into a slider-sized patty, approximately 2 inches in diameter. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to help them cook evenly.

Cooking the Patties

  1. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side, until browned. Flip the patties and place a slice of American cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

Assembling the Sliders

  1. 4

    Assemble the Sliders

Slice the slider buns in half. Spread a spoonful of Louie sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place one cooked patty on each bun, top with a slice of pickle, and cover with the top half of the bun. Repeat until all sliders are assembled.
