In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.

Form Meatballs
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a plate.
Cooking Meatballs

Brown Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Brown them on all sides for about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Pour in the canned crushed tomatoes. Stir in oregano, salt, black pepper, red wine vinegar, and sugar. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Combine and Cook

Simmer Meatballs in Sauce
Return the browned meatballs to the skillet, cover, and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is thickened.
