Preparation Steps
Prepare the Grapefruit and Lime
Cut the grapefruit and lime in half. Squeeze the juice from one half of the grapefruit and one half of the lime into a shaker. Reserve the other halves for garnish.
Mix the Gin and Juice
Add 50 ml of Paco Pepe Andalucían Gin to the shaker with the grapefruit and lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 10 seconds.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, ensuring to leave some space for the tonic water.
Add the Tonic Water
Gently pour 150 ml of Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic over the gin mixture in the glass. Stir lightly to combine.
Garnish the Drink
Garnish the drink with a half slice of grapefruit, a half slice of lime, and add 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary for aroma and decoration.
