Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the green grapes thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry with a clean towel. Reserve 4 grapes for garnish.

Juice the Lime
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into a measuring cup, ensuring to remove any seeds. You will need about 30 ml of lime juice.

Grate the Ginger
Peel a small knob of fresh ginger and grate it finely. Measure out 1 teaspoon for the drink.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the Paco Pepe Andalucían Gin, freshly squeezed lime juice, green grapes, grated ginger, and pink peppercorns.

Shake It Up
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Mixture
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the mixture into a chilled glass, making sure to leave the solid ingredients behind.
