Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the pork belly, chorizo, and chicken into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onion and bell pepper, and mince the garlic. Chop the tomatoes.

Cook the Beans
If using dried garbanzo beans, soak them overnight and cook them until tender. If using canned, drain and rinse them.

Sauté the Meats
In a large skillet or paella pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pork belly and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Then add the chorizo and chicken, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.

Incorporate Tomatoes and Spices
Stir in the chopped tomatoes, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.

Add Broth and Garbanzo Beans
Pour in the chicken broth and add the garbanzo beans. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Cook the Fideós
Add the fideó (a type of thin pasta) and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes, until the pasta is tender and the liquid has absorbed.

Plate and Serve
Once the fideós are cooked, remove from heat. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
