Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Start by removing the leaves and stem from the cauliflower. Cut it into florets of even size to ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature will help to roast the cauliflower and give it a nice golden color.

  3. 3

    Season the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure there is space between the florets for even roasting.

  5. 5

    Roast the Cauliflower

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and has a golden brown color. Halfway through, stir the florets for even cooking.

  6. 6

    Add Parmesan Cheese

In the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and return it to the oven to melt the cheese.

  7. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Once the cauliflower is roasted and the cheese is melted, remove it from the oven. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your delicious roasted cauliflower!
