Prepare the Salted Honey Syrup
In a small bowl, mix together honey with a pinch of sea salt. Stir until well combined and set aside.

Mix the Cocktail Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Banhez Mezcal, Byrrh Quinquina, salted honey syrup, lemon juice, and aquafaba.

Shake the Mixture
Add ice to the shaker, then seal and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to create a frothy mixture.

Add Powders for Flavor
Open the shaker and add dragonfruit powder and tangerine powder. Seal the shaker again and shake for another 10 seconds to combine.

Strain into Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with fresh ice. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.

Garnish and Serve
Finish by garnishing with lemon zest on top. Serve immediately and enjoy your Alebrijes!
