Seafood Pasta Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 3

    Add the Seafood

Add the clams, mussels, shrimp, and calamari to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

  4. 4

    Deglaze with White Wine

Pour in the white wine and add crushed red pepper flakes. Cover the skillet and let the seafood steam for about 5-7 minutes or until the clams and mussels open up and shrimp turn pink.

  5. 5

    Combine with Pasta

Remove the lid and add the cooked pasta to the skillet. If using marinara sauce, add it now. Toss everything together to coat the pasta with the sauce and seafood.

  6. 6

    Season and Serve

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
