Cook the Fettuccini
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the scallops and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside with the scallops.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Romano cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Everything
Add the cooked fettuccini, scallops, shrimp, and crab meat to the sauce. Toss everything together until well coated.

Serve
Plate the Seafood Alfredo and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
