Begin by toasting the sourdough bread slices until golden brown and crispy.

In a bowl, scoop out the avocado and mash it with a fork. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and thinly slice the radishes.
