Prepare the Chicken

Set Up Breading Station
In one bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine cornstarch with a pinch of salt.

Bread the Chicken
Dredge each marinated chicken thigh in flour, dip it in the beaten eggs, and then coat it with cornstarch. Ensure each piece is well coated.

Fry the Chicken
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the chicken thighs and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Rice
In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the long-grain rice and salt, stir, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 15-18 minutes until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey until well combined.
