Wonton Crisps

Garlic Chive Honey

Turmeric Oil

Method

Wonton Crisps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wonton Wrappers

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut each wonton wrapper into quarters to create small triangles. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Bake the Crisps

Brush or spray the wonton triangles lightly with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Garlic Chive Honey

  1. 3

    Make the Garlic Chive Honey

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, minced garlic, and chopped chives. Stir gently until the mixture is warm and well combined, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.

Turmeric Oil

  1. 4

    Prepare the Turmeric Oil

In a small saucepan, combine the olive oil and turmeric powder. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using.
