Method

Preparation of Seafood

    Prepare the Shrimp

    In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and set aside.

    Mix the Seafood

    In a bowl, combine the diced big eye tuna, shredded crabmeat, and cooked shrimp. Mix gently to combine and set aside.

Assemble the Nachos

    Layer the Chips

    On a large oven-safe plate or baking tray, spread out the tortilla chips evenly in a single layer.

    Add the Seafood

    Spoon the seafood mixture evenly over the tortilla chips.

    Add Toppings

    Sprinkle the shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the seafood mixture. Then add black beans and pico de gallo.

Cooking

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the assembled nachos in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Remove the nachos from the oven and drizzle with chipotle salsa verde and sour cream. Add dollops of guacamole on top. Serve immediately.
