    Prepare the Base Layer

    In a bowl, mix the granola, Greek yogurt, and honey until well combined. This will form the base layer of your Sea Glass dish.

    Prepare the Fruit Layer

    In a separate bowl, toss together the diced kiwi, blueberries, and mango. This fruit mixture will represent the colorful sea glass.

Assembly

    Layering

    In a glass or a bowl, start by adding a layer of the granola mixture as the base. Then add a generous layer of the fruit mixture on top of the granola.

    Finishing Touch

    Sprinkle the coconut flakes and chia seeds on top of the fruit layer. Finally, garnish with fresh mint leaves to give a vibrant touch, resembling sea glass.
