Method
Crabcake Preparation
- 1
Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the jumbo lump crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, chopped green onions, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until well combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
- 2
Form Patties
Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties, about 1 inch thick. Place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help them firm up.
- 3
Fry Crabcakes
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the crabcakes and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Remoulade Preparation
- 4
Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, capers, hot sauce, and garlic powder until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve the crabcake sandwiches with homemade French fries on the side.
