Salad Preparation

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash all vegetables thoroughly under cold running water. Chop the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl.

Cut the Tomatoes
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the lettuce.

Prepare the Bell Pepper
Remove the seeds and core from the red bell pepper, then chop it into small pieces. Add to the salad bowl.

Slice the Radishes
Trim the ends of the radishes and slice them thinly. Add to the bowl and toss all the vegetables gently.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Dressing
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix until smooth.

Add Garlic and Herbs
Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the bowl. Then, chop the fresh parsley and chives, adding them to the mixture.

Season the Dressing
Stir in the Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Chill the Dressing
Cover the dressing with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Combine Salad and Dressing
Once the dressing has chilled, pour it over the prepared salad base and toss gently to coat all the vegetables evenly.
