Chicken Tenders
Honey Mustard Sauce
Method
Preparing Chicken Tenders
- 1
Prepare Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
- 2
Set Up Dredging Station
Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs mixed with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- 3
Dredge Chicken
Dip each chicken strip into the flour to coat, then into the eggs, and finally into the bread crumbs, ensuring an even coating.
- 4
Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
- 5
Fry Chicken
Fry the chicken tenders in batches, about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Making Honey Mustard Sauce
