Method

Preparing the Berries

    Wash Berries

    Wash the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries under cold running water.

    Prepare Strawberries

    Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

    Combine Berries

    Combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries in a large bowl.

Making Chantilly Cream

    Add Heavy Cream

    In a mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream.

    Add Sugar and Vanilla

    Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl with the heavy cream.

    Whip the Cream

    Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip the cream mixture until soft peaks form.

    Whip Carefully

    Be careful not to over-whip, as the cream can turn into butter.

Serving

    Layer Berries

    In serving bowls or cups, layer the mixed berries at the bottom.

    Add Chantilly Cream

    Spoon a generous dollop of chantilly cream on top of the berries.
