Combine Crabcake Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the jumbo lump crabmeat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Be careful not to break up the crabmeat too much.

Form Crabcakes
Once combined, form the mixture into patties, about 1 inch thick. You should get around 6-8 crabcakes depending on size.

Chill
Place the formed crabcakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

Prepare Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and crispy potato sticks. Toss gently to mix.
Dressing Preparation

Make Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
Assembly

To serve, place a portion of the mixed green salad on a plate, top with one or two crabcakes, and drizzle with the creamy garlic herb dressing.
