Burger Preparation

Prepare the Beef Patties
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and form into 4 equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty.

Add the Boursin Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Boursin cheese on each patty and cover until melted.
Spicy Tomato Jam Preparation

Cook the Tomatoes
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the diced tomatoes, sugar, red chili flakes, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and salt.

Simmer the Jam
Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to a jam-like consistency.
Fresh Cut Fries Preparation

Prepare the Potatoes
Soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry.

Assemble the Burger
On each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, a cooked patty with melted Boursin cheese, pickles, sliced onions, and a generous spoonful of spicy tomato jam. Top with the other half of the bun.
