Preparation
- 1
Clean and Prepare Oysters
Rinse the Acadian Pearl oysters under cold running water to remove any sand or debris. Use a brush if necessary to clean the shells.
- 2
Shuck the Oysters
Using an oyster knife, carefully shuck each oyster, keeping the liquor (the seawater inside the shell) intact. Place the shucked oysters on a plate, keeping them upright to retain the liquid.
