Margarita

    Rim the glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in salt.

    In a shaker, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice. Shake well.

    Strain into the prepared glass filled with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.

Rum Punch

    In a shaker, combine light rum, dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and grenadine with ice. Shake well.

    Strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.

Long Island Iced Tea

    In a shaker, combine vodka, tequila, rum, gin, triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Shake well.

    Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and top with cola.

Lemon Drop
