Salad Preparation

Prepare the Lettuce
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Prepare the Vegetables
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Add them to the bowl with the lettuce.

Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil and cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and let cool.

Combine Shrimp and Avocado
Once the shrimp has cooled, chop it into bite-sized pieces and fold it into the mashed avocado.
Dressing Preparation

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Assembly

Assemble the Salad
Add the shrimp and avocado mixture to the salad bowl with the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber. Drizzle the creamy dressing over the top.

Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients and coat with the dressing. Serve immediately.
