Marinating the Steak

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the meat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for better flavor.

Rub the beef ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Ensure they are evenly coated.
