Marinate the Shrimp
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with lime juice, red or green chile sauce, and salt. Stir well to ensure the shrimp are fully coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the shrimp to marinate and absorb the flavors.
