Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Fettuccine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, chop the zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.

  4. 4

    Make the Lemon Garlic Butter

Add butter to the skillet and allow it to melt. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta evenly with the lemon garlic butter and vegetables.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
