Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

Breading the Chicken
Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and bread crumbs in a third bowl. Dredge each chicken breast first in the flour, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

Bake the Chicken
Place the breaded chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.

Assemble the Sandwich
Once the chicken is cooked, spread marinara sauce on each slice of cheese bread. Place a chicken breast on two of the slices, top with Parmesan cheese, and cover with the other slices.

Cut the sandwiches in half and serve hot with extra marinara sauce on the side.
