Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until warm but not boiling. Add to the dry ingredients along with eggs and mix until a dough forms. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

In a bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Melt the butter for spreading on the dough.

Starting from one long side, roll up the dough tightly into a log. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking dish.

Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
