1. Prepare the Glass
Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside while you prepare the cocktail.
2. Mix the Martini
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine Beefeater Gin and Cinzano Dry Vermouth.
3. Stir
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the drink.
4. Strain
Empty the ice water from the chilled martini glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
