Prepare the Apples
Wash the apples thoroughly. Cut them into quarters, removing the seeds and stems.

Cook the Apples
In a large pot, combine the quartered apples and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, or until the apples are soft.

Mash and Strain
Use a potato masher or immersion blender to mash the cooked apples. Once mashed, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a large bowl to extract the juice.

Chill and Serve
Refrigerate the apple juice for at least an hour before serving. Serve chilled, and enjoy!
