Marinade the Salmon
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Prepare the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

Grill the Salmon
Remove the salmon from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip each fillet and grill for another 4-6 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
