Prepare the Glass
Take a large wine glass and fill it with ice cubes until it's about halfway full.

Mix the Ingredients
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice, followed by 3 oz of Prosecco. Finally, add 1 oz of soda water.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass.

Stir Gently
Using a stirrer or a spoon, gently mix the drink to combine all the ingredients without losing the fizz.
