    Prepare Cured Meats

    Thinly slice the prosciutto, salami, and capicola. Arrange them on a large serving platter.

    Prepare Cheeses

    Cut the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized pieces. Grate the Parmesan cheese and crumble the Gorgonzola cheese. Add them to the platter with the cured meats.

    Add Olives

    Rinse the Kalamata and green olives under cold water, then drain. Scatter them around the meats and cheeses on the platter.

    Include Marinated Vegetables

    Drain the artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes. Arrange these marinated vegetables neatly on the platter.

    Sprinkle fresh basil leaves over the antipasto platter. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top for added flavor.
