Make the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. The batter should be thin and free of lumps. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.

Prepare the Filling
Slice the bananas into thin rounds.

Assemble the Crepes
Place a crepe on a plate, add a portion of sliced bananas in the center, fold the crepe over the filling, and drizzle with caramel sauce.

Add Whipped Cream
Top the filled crepe with a generous dollop of whipped cream and drizzle more caramel sauce over the top if desired.
