1. Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds. Peel and slice the red onion into thin wedges. Mince the garlic cloves.

3. Add the Onions and Garlic

Add the sliced red onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onions become translucent and fragrant.
