Prepare the Ingredients
Ensure the shrimp is peeled and deveined. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mince the garlic. Rinse the spinach and chop the parsley.

Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook the Tomatoes
Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add Spinach and Pesto
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Then, add the basil pesto and mix well.

Incorporate the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes to thicken the sauce slightly.
