Preparation of Brussel Sprouts

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Brussel Sprouts
Rinse the Brussel sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and cut them in half.

Season the Brussel Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are well coated.
Roasting

Roast the Brussel Sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussel sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, tossing halfway through.

Add Toppings
Once the Brussel sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese, bacon bits, and pickled onions on top.

Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
Finish by drizzling the balsamic glaze over the top of the loaded Brussel sprouts.
