Method

Pancakes & Waffles Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the batter

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Bacon & Sausage Preparation

  1. 3

    Cook the bacon and sausage

In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the sausage links until browned and cooked through. Slice the sausage and set aside.

Beans & Potatoes Preparation

  1. 4

Prepare the baked beans and potatoes

Heat the baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat. For the seasoned potatoes, you can either roast them in the oven or sauté them in a skillet with some oil until golden and crispy.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Plate the dish

On a large platter, arrange the pancakes, cooked bacon, sliced sausage, and shredded ham. Add a serving of baked beans and seasoned potatoes. Drizzle everything with pure maple syrup before serving.
